I owe paypal money thanks to someone and there is no way I can pay it right now. it's around 8$ could I just abandone the account and forget about it?
I also got a paypal dispute and they are threatening to "esculate" it when they have no proof and their story has many holes in it. Could they do anything legal?
Also, if I payed for some ebay crap BEFORE all of this happened would they get the money or would it be retracted as soon as the dispute came in to play?

how much were you charged back, if your account is negitive 8 or w/e and it was only charged back 8 then your ebay stuff is fine.

thats why people barely use paypal now. i use moneybookers. same thin hapened to me a while back. they close your account or limit it or w.e. i dont think you can just remove your information atached to your pp acct. if u have bank attached or credit card you cant just put it on a new paypal. thats what i know you can still try tho.

and google checkout is also a good alternative for pp or western union.

u can keep the acct but u ignore the dispute, the scamer is gonna get the money after a while and chances are ull get limited or closed.
