so it's that time of year. here's my recipe

1 gal. apple juice

1 gal. apple cider; this year I ended up using something like unfiltered apple juice.

2 cups sugar

1L Ever clear

150ml Captain Morgan

12 Cinnamon sticks

1tsp Vanilla Extract

Many glass jars

Mix apple juice, apple cider, and sugar over stove until sugar is fully dissolved. It is important that you wait for the cider to cool before adding the remaining ingredients to avoid evaporating the alcohol. Store with glass in a cool and dark area such as your fridge.
