Techno wasn't built to be mixed, it just happens that it mixes easier than most other types of music due to it's low quality and often repetetive sound.
I'm sure rock CAN be mixed, you just have to have great skills to do it.

It wasn't invented to be mixed, but more often then not if its a good track then it will be mixed and most composers keep that in mind now a days. Rock, that happens less, therefor it is a hell of a lot harder to mix, and even when it is it doesn't sound vary appealing. So, linking this all back to the topic, mixing hardstyle or happy hardcore is probably going to turn out better then mixing a rock variant.Quote:
