Well, a long time ago, I was doing this bus ridership thing (Practice bus safety, sounds dumb, I know) and it was my job to help support people off the back of the bus. I thought everyone was off and looked the other way and a 60+ year old teacher's aid fell off. That's probably the most embarrassing thing I've done. Not going to lie, but it was kind of funny.

I can't think of anything off the top of my head. Then again I'm not easily embarrassed.
I smoked a vape before beer pong and didn't make a single cup, ran around the house naked because...
I tried to shave with a knife.
It's really just too embarrassing and wrong for me to say it, so I'll just say I did something naughty. :|

I was really accident prone my Senior year in high school. I had to take gym for a whole semester and ended up having about 23 accidents, usually getting hit with something or fallling. There was one time though I accidentally ripped my gym shorts (caught them on the corner of the bleachers) and another when we were playing indoor soccer and the teacher called a time out. Everyone was looking in one direction at him except this dumbass underclassmen who had the ball and decided to take the shot (apparently he didnt hear the whistle blow) and my friend was behind him. She yelled for me to duck but I hadn't heard all of what she said so I turned to look at her and BAM, got hit right between the eyes at full force by the soccer ball. Knocked me right off my feet and onto my butt. I think I blacked out for a second cause the next thing I knew the teacher was holding me and trying to get me to sit up, and was holding a handkerchief over my nose (it was bleeding pretty bad). Ended up getting carried to the nurses office. I was so embarrassed. More so when I got to school a couple days later (had to stay home the next day) cause I had two black eyes and my face was still a bit swollen. >.<
