No, I've tried once when I was 13 or something but I couldn't.
Haven't tried since then, not sure if would be able to.
Pretty much the same. Got a shitty cheap board when THPS was a big deal. Tried it for a few days. Just stuck with the game instead.
Define "knowing how to skateboard". I can effectively move around on one and do a few tricks. I'm not shredding half pipes.
I used to be really good at skateboarding back in elementary and middle school, I could ollie and kickflip and nollie and all of that and skate halfpipes and all of that, but I dropped it in highschool. I just didn't like the kids that did it. Back in middle school it was kids who loved it for the fun of it, instead of the actual "skateboard community" that's filled with druggies and drop-outs and general shit-tier people. I can still do some tricks, but I'm not nearly as good as I used to be.
Now I do BMX, but I'm discovering the same thing - all the kids who do it are the idiots, no one normal does it just for fun like I do, they have to be the whole "look at me I skateboard, bmx, and smoke pot" crowd. It's annoying.
I used to cruise a lot on long boards. Got a reg deck and learned a few tricks but i always liked my long boards more.
I never could and still can't.
I freebord. I've gotten quite good. Though where I live there are no decent hills. Skateboarded a little bit in jr. high but really wasn't my thing.

My friend's little brother build his own half pipe. He tried going up it, and went through it instead. Laughed my ass off.
