I do regular malicious object scans but I haven't changed or added programs that handle that in awhile.
I use a combination of Kasperky, Spybot, Malwarebytes, and Windows Defender. All of which sits behind Comodo's firewall. I also have general panic button stuff for sever infection and security addons for my browser.
What do you guys use to keep your systems clean?
