I might as well make this so everyone can see it, instead of me replying to topics that are relative and "stealing original posters topic".
You may not care;
don't feed bad habits with your hard earned money. Especially large sums, no job, and scrounging what they can from the internet from poor people who want to benefit from buying just as much as the seller.
Yes, I've sold a lot of stuff before and i've refunded OR given them anything they've lost a second time.
notice how most crap seems to be from gaiaonline that people mostly profit from. Ask the seller if they can do anything else besides bloody ANYTHING reletive to gaiaonline.

don't pay for something that's going to be useless to you soon.

Useless thread. I'll ban you until you learn to stop harassing other members.

Well I don't know if "poor" people would buy GG with hundreds of dollars.
And if they do, they certainly need to get their priorities straight.
But yeah, you shouldn't be harassing people, after all, what they do isn't even your business, whether it's good or bad.

Priorities are on a person by person basis. Many people spend tons of money on League of Legends etc. This is just a side thing I do from time to time when my shift at the canneries end, so it's easy money. I know some friends who make money off of other Flash games etc. If a person is willing to buy it, there is no need to fault them. It's really no different from buying Maplestory cash items, League of Legend Champions, or other games.

They probably wouldn't have the money if they didn't have a job. I used to have a constant buyer who bought almost $1000 a day from me when I was selling two years back. Some of my friends used to make $100k a year doing this in it's prime, but the Gaia market isn't really there anymore for this kind of stuff, so most of us have moved to other markets.

I don't get it, isn't selling items, virtual or not, kind of considered a job? Wth.

Why would you, me and Charles be in the same signature. That's like the biggest oxymoron ever.
- 13 Apr. 2013 04:35am #22
*Charles and I

He's wrong, as you were in the other thread.
(i.e. "Flare and I went to the park.")
That's an example of a grammatically relevant context of his statement. Mine was not. "You, Charles and I" is not correct.[1][2]
That's the entire point, the parties are there, therefore "[person] and I" isn't suitable. There are 3 people, not 2.
This is basic English that I thought Artificial, let alone LG would understand.
But that still doesn't answer my question. I'm curious as to why in the world you made me, Flare and Charles in the same sig.
It's annoying as heck and clearly has some sort of ulterior meaning.
Go say "you, Fred and I" to your English teacher and see if you don't get a slap directly in the face.Last edited by The Unintelligible; 13 Apr. 2013 at 08:24pm.

To be fair, all of you are wrong.
Arti and game are wrong because their use of "I" was plainly improper.
You were wrong only because you omitted a ",", instead of creating the sentence "You, me, and Charles". However, you used me correctly otherwise.

i'll leave it open to interpretation

If you made this then your art is better than I thought.
Why did you make it though. Can you expound on this idea little more? What does it mean?

If it's never revealed then that's equally as dull.
- 13 Apr. 2013 05:17am #33
no that would make it mysterious

I assume Artificial is mad because I pointed out that he seemed rather butthurt about Tree in another thread. I assume GAME is mad simply because he's always corrected to begin with.
Artificial usually doesn't try to grammar nazi, so that supports my belief. I didn't know GAMEchief was stupid enough to believe that Artificial was actually correct, so I assume he's likewise upset.Last edited by The Unintelligible; 13 Apr. 2013 at 08:53pm.

Quite frankly I'm no English major, so I'm not 100% sure whether or not the comma was necessary. From my perspective, for CLARITY purposes, the comma is necessary. It's not implied that a comma is or is not needed before the "and", but the comma before "and" ESNURES it is correct.

P.S. Hooray, I'm learning grammar rules. Thank you internet.

I don't think your additional comma is technically incorrect, I just know that it isn't necessary as it denotes a pause or breakpoint in a sentence.[*]
But we're more or less on the same page. Even if you were correct, Game and Artificial are still incorrect. So yeah, doesn't matter. Just wanted to give Arti a quick slap on the wrist.
