What is LGG and what is it used for? How do you earn it?
You earn it by posting.
@Ethan
Alright but what is it used for?
Right now it's used for Chao Garden.

More uses to come in the future.
Ah I see! Thank you for the help! :D
sorry i play sa2b, cant even take your chao garden seriously.
@ccgamer
What is Chao Garden about anyways?
Ok and what's donating LGG do?
That im quite unaware of >.> sorreh <3
@ccgamer
Ah, I see. Well thank you for helping! :D
Anyone else know what donating LGG does?
It is a combination of the Sonic Advance sprites with the Sonic Adventure 2: Battle features.
It contains the same evolutions and colors as SA2B. I'll be adding the Karate, Race, animal [and other] cosmetics when I have more time to develop it.
But I'm not even the least bit concerned that a single-dev web game not equivalent to the 3D graphics of a billion dollar game company.
My system is a huge improvement over the Tiny Chao Garden, which is the graphics originated from.
It has evolutions. See mine and Flare's, for example. The full range of evolutions will be made first (four evolutions per stat) for neutral, and then I'll go back and make dark/hero evolutions.
I'm also considering adding the Tiny Chao Garden itself to the Chao Garden page for the Chao to walk around in. If so, I'm sure I can easily add alternative gardens. Hadn't crossed my mind before, but shouldn't be hard.
Subtracts the LGG from your account and adds it to someone else's account. Essentially paying that person.
You might also want to check out The Marketplace, in which people sometimes sell various things for LGG.
You would use the donate feature to send the LGG to the person you bought whatever from.
What are you playing it on?
I recently got it for PC, but I can't complete it until I get a controller for PC. It's too hard to play on a keyboard.
City Escape is definitely the most fun level to play to grind Chao.
Metal harbor is good too. It's less good on GameCube than the Dreamcast version, which had twice as many phoenix animals (4 instead of 2), but Metal Harbor is still good for flying and swimming stats.
City Escape's animals are really running-based. The rabbits and Unicorns will level your Chao pretty quickly. IIRC, each rabbit is +4 running, which is the most any single animal raises a single stat.
i dont even collect animals unless im raising a chaos chao, which in that case i need 1 of each (21 total)
i have a Knights chao; (run+fly) and a shadow (run+run [dark])
i honestly want one of each available combinations iNCLUDiNG the jewel chaos; which you can only get through gba hook up.
You can buy the Jewel Chao in the GameCube version from the Black Market. The more emblems you have, the more jewel Chao are unlocked for sale for rings.
I wouldn't recommend getting one of each stat Chao.
If you want to know what the real rare Chao are, I'll share a secret:
Buy a single-color Chao from the Black Market, like lime green or white or red or whatever. Breed it with a normal Chao. There is a 50% chance that the child Chao will have a custom palette. It will have the same stat-based evolutions and shapes, but the colors (base and accents) will be different.
Each color parent has a different color palette, and the palettes are unrelated to the color of the parent. So try them all out.
At one point, I had a neutral evolution of a custom palette baby Chao for every color egg. That is about as advanced/collecting as I got with Chao, considering how damn long it takes. Though I on and off had a variation of other evolutions as well.
You get it by posting/someone donating it to you. You can do it to buy lots of things in the marketplace.
