I know right? I mean shit I feel like I may be a bit of a feminine side but that doesn't mean I've ever considered I may be the wrong sex. Even if I was I think I'd like to keep my tool. It's come in handy!

Bigotry is against the rules. Stop it.
Many transgendered individuals keep their genitals. Namely because we haven't perfected the genital surgeries, though we've come quite far. You can still have a penis and be a trans woman.
But more to the point, his logic for why you should be trans is dumb, and that's not how it works.

No, its not.
Transgenderism is often self-identified(rightly or wongly) but to have sexual reassignment surgery or receive hormone therapy you have to have medical professionals agree that you are actually the sex X trapped in sex Y body. You need a brain scan, two psychiatrists that say you are transgendered, and a doctor that is willing to do the therapy and/or surgery. Plus it's super expensive. I watched a documentary on it.

I'm sure it is extremely expensive, but [citation needed] on needing a brain scan.
Two psychiatrists, sure, but all they'd really do is ask the person some questions to make sure they actually self-identify as that gender. It's essentially just a test to make sure they know what self-identify and gender identify mean, after which the question is merely "do you identify as that?" It's not like there is some sort of cotton swab they run along the inside of their cheek to determine their self-identified gender.
