Oh shit, this guy!
You haven't missed much, just more and more of us disappearing here and there.
Life has been eh.
How's things for you!?
Good and bad I suppose. Going to college for Electrical Engineering for 7 years -_-
Then I'll be making bank;About 1.4mil A year on average if I go through with it.
Do to my dad's disibilitys I already have half of the tuition paid for.
I live in KY now and am not very fond of it. :/
And Sydney and I aren't together and haven't been in years. Haha.
Oh shit man, lots of change.
I am still in Chicago, I'll be attending Illinois State University for my Bachelor's in whatever once I figure out what I wanna do because I got denied for my major due to low GPA. I had a 2.6 and the requirement was 2.9. ): ergggggggg, I have always sucked at school.
School sucks, you don't.
You just gotta suck up to everyone you met. It's about networks of people i've learned.
It's who you know, not what you know.
My Electrical teacher tought me that.
I've also become more intuned with nature and God, (If you believe in that kinda thing), and have had alot of psycological changes going on.
Oh nah, I am not a god person at all. Most believable religion to me is Buddhism. I've studied a few of them.
But yeah, I don't know many people haha, that might be my issue. I am jobless because of it.
I have been job hunting for months now, still nothing. ):
But good luck on the electrical stuff! 7 years of schooling is gonna be so rough. HUGE math classes! Math is my worst subject.
1.4mil a year? How? My projected earnings have topped out at 160k a year, and that's with programming, computer security, and buying and selling cars. With buying and selling houses and venture capital added to that, I would probably be making almost double, but I would need start-up money for that so I'm not going to add the projections for that because I'm not sure I'll be able to do it, it depends on how much capital I make.
1.4mil a year, Runescape shit. 8)
Well that's definitely not true. The top-paying terminal degree on average makes $150k. I don't know why you think any degree makes $1.4m on average. You craycray. EDIT: Just saw your reply. That's better.
Electrical Engineering is still one of the top paying degree plans, though. I think it's in the top 10 if not top 5.
I take it you're still undergrad, then. As far as KY, anywhere near Bowling Green?
A 4 year? As in a Bachelor's? It should only take you two years if you already have two years prior to entering it.
And by three more years, it only goes up to a Master's? Figured it'd be a PhD program. I got five more after I get my Bachelor's. Can't wait.
A term is still called a semester. I've never heard a degree referenced by semesters, since most are multiples of 2 semesters at a time (i.e. years).
And what the hell kind of doctoral's can you get in 3 years after a Bachelor's?
You guys are confusing with your big fancy college talk. 8)
No, I just mean the way you guys are mixing it all around like you are rocket surgeons.
(Note; I have only skimmed everything you guys said.)
Doctoral not doctor. It's just the highest education certificate I can receive for electrical engineering.
