I did the same thing when I first played, well after watching the water for a few minutes.
I had that happen to me too. Except I have save OCD so I make different save files every few minutes. x.x
At least it's at the beginning. They do the same if you steal too. They have no mercy. D:

I just started to play a new game of skyrim . What I did is the Golden Claw mission and once I got the Claw back I jacked it from the trader killed his wife then took all of the stuff in the house . Best get away is to run into the river then just swim down until the current grabs you .I done it many times I got like 4000 gold from doing that . Yeah, at level one it's not really easy to kill everyone. And I don't wanna mess up my game that much. And I'm definitely coming back for that chicken when I level up. Screw bragging about dragon defeats, I'm blasting the news all over facebook the day I defeat it. :D

Waiting away from the village worked, now im just leveling up in the village White-whatever, before facing the dragon.
Naw, just get better gear and lots of arrows and health potions. the first dragon is pretty easy at an early level. for me anywayQuote:

It happens, only to major cities though. Everything else you need to ride the horse or walking
That's neat that you can do that even if you haven't discovered it yet.
