I try not to alter the dream too much when it happens, cause I don't dream that much and I appreciate what my mind is doing most of the time. The worst thing though is stairs! If I dream about stairs or tripping I react physically and wake up.
I love it when I'm laying my head on my arm, and I throw a Frisbee in my dream, and my arm jerks and hits the wall and I wake up. That happened twice in one night before. And when I start to realize that I'm in a dream, it's hard for me not to wake up. I have to really try not to wake up.
Most of the time i alter a dream it turns to a nightmare. I wake up and fall back to sleep but its still the same night mare but i try not to alter it sometimes.Quote:
