Because you don't realize they can report the microsoft points as stolen / unauthorized use and get your 360 banned.

All vivi has to do is visit the xbox live / microsoft/ 360 website, report that someone stole his code, and then skull`s 360 will be banned from xbox live along with a perm account close.
