Held Paypal funds

So, I have been using my paypal account for around two years now. I have had one "Dispute" curtisouy of an LG scammer. But other then that my paypal has been squeaky clean. I use it for ebay andd Selling shit online. I was selling something, and all the sudden the funds are held, Granted it's only 40$, it's 40$ that I could have in my pocket now. and I'm afraid if I send the item I'm just not going to get my money. Not to mention, my paypal is dead till it's cleared.


LG is a big user of paypal, so I was curious of what I should do. Frankly, I hate paypal, but it's the only thing I can use.

Side note: This account is linked to my friends bank, it's legit. and I haven't made a purchase or sale in close to a month.
