I froze a gallon of water.
Poked a hole in the outer lair of ice.
Put a straw in.

And drank it.

Why ?

Frozen water is a good way to lose weight because of the water being so cold, your body has to burn off fat for energy to stay warm, correct?

Yes, if you use ice therapy and effectively make you body melt ice. Drinking cold water presents minimal effects. You have to work up from using a single ice pack to ice baths to get the effect and even then its not considered very healthy.

Whatever you do, don't put your penis in it.
