That is HellsGamers Jailbreak server in CS:S. I am in that clan. :D Have been for half a year now.
Basically in Jailbreak, CTs are like guards and one of them is Warden while the Ts are the convicts/prisoners. CT warden gives orders and as they die throughout the day, it gets closer to LR(Last Request). Last 2 T's alive get LR. However if all the CTs get killed, the last CT gets to gun down every T that gets in his way because he is the last guard alive.
