COD ripped Enemy at thegates

I just realised how much call of duty rips its story off enemy at the gates i knew that Vendetta from WaW was alot the same as a scene from the moive but untill just now i had never seen anything from COD 1 and 2 missions are exactly the same as the opaning as the movie
