Should I have mod powers in the JY?

With the recent influx of users, the junkyard has become crowded with topics that would inevitably turn into flame wars, or belong in other parts of the forum.


I have asked Thomas if I could be given powers, exclusively in the junkyard, to lock, hide, and move threads, to help keep the junkyard a happy, clean place.

(as happy and clean as it usually is)



I believe i fit this position because I rarely ever do anything outside of school (which is out), and also suffer from insomnia, which means I will be active when most normal moderators are sleeping.

Also, I will be permanently banned (for the last time) should I abuse what powers I get.
