Port Forwarding !

So i've been trying to port forward a port on a friends computer.
I've tried everything i know ( forwarding manually , portforward.com , setting a static ip )
The problem is the port says it's forwarded but when i test the port to see if it's open , its not.

Could you please help me !

What are you trying to do with the forwarded port? Web server, game server, etc?

I was setting up a RAT for someone.
The problem is solved though.
