New Computer Suggestions

I'm about a week away from the term ending at at that point I get some money. I'm going to be replacing my laptop, most likely with an actual rig. Suggestions to this set up?

CPU: Intel Core I5-760 (gonna overclock it like a bitch till I get 4GHz)
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212+
RAM: 8 to 10GB Corsair DD3/1333
Mobo: Asus P7P55D-E Pro
GPU: Nvidia Gefore GTX 470
Optical:Samsung SH-S223F
HDD: 500GB Seagate
SSD: Corsair Force F60
PSU: Corsair TX750

and all that will get shoved in the cheapest case I can find.

And in case you can't tell you're looking at a midrange gaming rig deal here we're talkin 1300-1600 in price range and I'm hoping to come out close to 1400 cause that's what I'm getting based on prices.
