Why the Minecraft server is down

I'm dogsitting, and the dog has chewed through the ethernet cord going from the living room to the extra room. So now I've got to find another ethernet cord that's 15-30 meters long. I'll try and get it on wifi, but there will be lag.

Ok, I'm going to be running it on my desktop for now until I can get my server back up. It won't be up 24/7. But it's better than having no server at all.

that dog sounds like a total bitch :P
