What movies have you seen that affect you the way you describe? Hahah. I've never seen a movie so scary that I had to look away.
The worst type of scary movies to me are the gorey ones (like SAW and Hostal). I don't really get scared of them, but they make me feel sick.
I've been desensitized by rotten.com and sites alike.
I tend to just laugh at scary movies.
My mom told me I had problems when died of laughter at Paranormal Activities.
@Pow - Hostel was a great movie.
Same thing as Xirax. I really don't see why scary movies are scary.
They are more like comedies.
:l I'm sorry, I don't find people dying horrible deaths funny.
I only do when it is a horror movie.
Any other time, I will be seen emotionless. :|
I hide my eyes in the should of the nearest person. Preferably a boy. Preferably a tall, strong boy.
I wait for something to happen then get excited when the credits start rolling.
A lot of the newer horror movies suck.
The reason Blair Witch and Paranormal Activity were so scary is because it was shot from a video camera.
It's acting, but you feel like you're watching a regular home video, so it's more personal. The fear is more real. It's There as if it really happened.
During paranormal activity 2, I got six minutes in and started crying. I pulled my best friends sweater over his head, jacked his soda, and made a security tent with his jacket over my knees and hid inside it.
I know its acting, but it scares the shit out of me.
Saw 1 and 2 didn't scare me, but for the rest of them; I was hiding behind my friends.
I can't handle fear.
