I'm playing AC: Brotherhood on my PC, and frankly I'm not happy with the way it's performing. I'm playing it with 20-30 fps, and I'm using Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT with 2.5 gigs of memory, and with 4 Gigs of ram. How do I push my fps to 60?

Upgrade your video card, the 9400gt is aging quickly. And try to push your ram to 4GB. You can get a 2GB stick for fairly cheap.
Both are important. If you throw too good of a video card in without the ram you don't get any thing, if you have shit card but lots of ram you aren't going to do any better.
I have a 9700 GT it handles things ok.
Listen to Thomas. Card-wise I suggest GeForce GTX 470
Which is better: GTX or GTS?
Im in love with the ATI Radeon series, never have problems with those cards besides price.
A little tip that i use to get my games to run 'mint' is i close explorer.exe. It's not like it needs to be running during a game.
Open it back up my Windows+R Explorer.exe or open up Task Manager and click File' NewTask' Explorer.exe.
GTS usually designates with an "m" at the end from what I've seen and that means its for laptops.
There is not a GTS 470.
I'd go with this : GeForce GTX 470
Plus if you have the right mobo, you can go back in later and put in a second one.
