When people need to get banned just to stay of the site. You shouldnt ban them and they will be back the next day.

I thought we had a Ip ban thingie?

They do have a ip tracker that lets them view who's on the site if someone from the same ip is on a different account or a new account they would get banned if they were previously banned.
