This website is based of a simple blog template and is generally poorly built. I doubt it's legit.
If this was real but of course its not, the owner would have to use his own money to give msp. There was at one point about 2 months ago I think where you could get free 100 or 200 msp (cant remember) someone cracked the system and could get codes costing Microsoft 1.2 mil.
