No, better technology has locks added into the operating system to prevent it from running outdated software, to protect it from vulnerabilities left in by the shitty past programmers.

I don't see why it wouldn't work on Vista. I hate Vista, but I'd imagine it can run a fucking disk game like that... If not, Vista is more shitty than I thought.
