They actually don't work too bad, but your not gonna see huge gains, I've personally never seen anything more than 10% 15%. Though I have friends that swear that when paired with a parabolic they can pick up signals from up to a mile away (line of sight). I think they're full of shit though. But DIY parabolics are catching on as well so who knows.
