You're really infracting me for calling someone retarded. Retard is not a hostile word because it relates to an everyday being. Its not derogatory. And moron. That's just a word for a lack of intellectuality. Not derogatory. I could understand if you infracted me for calling him a "******" or "queer" because those words are derogatory. That would be flaming. Harassing another member with words used for hatred, that's flaming. Two words that are used in the everyday English dictionary is not flaming. Hell my teachers call me a moron. Should I report them for flaming? I would either like this infraction reviewed by another moderator, or removed.

You don't see people going to jail for being called moron or retarded, but there are cases of people being sued and fined for harassment using real derogatory words such as queer,******,nig*er,etc. Because those are actually words of harassment. I would be glad to pull up a few court cases on somebody being called derogatory words. Never will you see another person being fined, jailed, or sued. For using the words retard, and moron.
