I seem to keep having problems install Misa's 64x64 Texture pack. It worked perfectly fine in Alpha and the first stage of the beta. Now it just crashes my Minecraft. Any one know why or have a decent guess?

I have no idea.
Try redownloading it, maybe your download fucked up along the way and it got corrupt or something?
