By its name, I can infer it's some sort of communication, which takes place between a small amount of people, with the goal of not disturbing other, nor letting them know what they're talking about.

You had a bad storm, all yesterday? I kinda doubt that that bad of a storm lasted from 4pm your time till 5am or whatever. Storms normally knock internet out for an hour, if that...
