I just got my 100 post. Now all i need is rep how could i get that?

To trade most likely. Don't get to excited, you still need to wait 30 days from the registration of your account.

That and making useful posted that people thank or rep you for.

Post something useful, if a user finds that it is helpul and uses it/takes your advice, then they may give you rep.
