never woke up earlier than 8 am until I was 13.
from 13 to now, never before 9:30-10

I never knew there was a 5am, besides when I pull all nighters. :l I have problems getting up at 7, so kudos to you.
I have yet to sleep myself I need to stay up so I can take my car to the mechanic.
I fell a sleep at 6pm so yeah my body woke me up at 4am
