An yes, most people that are of the age to have sex are avoiding reproducing. Generally we don't just have sex and hope for kids. You generally wait for a life partner then eventually decide to have kids, some never want kids. Its not crazy, its logical. Children are a ton of work and cost tons.

Abortion will never be outlawed and is allowed in every country, except maybe Vatican City. The world population will go down, its come by our hands or the world's force, you can get over it.
