difference between newbie and noob. this is it.
You receive reputation points by helping out people and contributing. When you register you get 10 points, each time you "rep" somebody you give them 1 point. If they rep you then you get 1 more point. You can rep somebody by clicking the officer badge at the lower left hand side of their post. However, if you rep somebody just to get rep back then it is called rep abuse. And is not tolerated here.
I thought we removed this...
It means nothing. Give away a bunch or accounts, ask for it, ect and you get it. Ultimately the system is abused, allowed or not, as far as I can see.
