Legally you can't(shouldn't) inhibit them from coming to live there because of how they are or what they are or what they believe. But last year the supreme court said that local government could take land from private property owners if it was for the good of the community(socialism). So you may have a case or you may not depends on the court and the lawyers.

I dont want them to stop living here. I want them to stop recruiting and spreading hate here.

Well, I've always been told if I want something, then to go for it. Granted it was just a myspace and their e-mail, but that's all the group had. And in a place where racism is greatly frowned upon, I think if this did go to court, I'd be able to at least stand a chance.

While true, you have now infringed on their right to free speech and assembly. No matter what the popular view of the area is the court have to uphold law and prior choices they have made. They will side with the nazis here, not you. It will not be a hearing without a jury, the Justice will deiced and the Justice is going to uphold the law. I don't like it and I wish there was something you could do but as long as they defense can argue its a matter of rights and freedom you will lose.
