I want to open a second paypal account but I cant verify it because my only bank account and debit card are linked to my main one. Are there any other ways to verify a paypal account without those? Is it possible to activate it with one of those visa gift cards?

No, there isn't. You have to have a straight link to your REAL bank account and/or credit card, OR you can just use an out of country one. PM.
Ah thanks. Guess I'll head to the bank and open a second account. Wont cost me anything since I already have on there. ^^'
