Just got my ass kicked
By a 9 year MMA Boxer. xD
Tonight was my first night checking out the new ATA Blackbelt Academy here in town, and I got a free class for helping the sensei set up the Dojo. I had to spar against this guy who's a 9 year MMA Boxer.
Here's a run down over what just happened:
"I punch at his chest"
"his hands go to his chest"
"I jump and kick at his head"
"He ducks"
"I land"
"I turn my head"
"He hooks me in the jaw"
xD I <3 Pads. I had a fucking blast though. :) I finally have my blackbelt on the wall waiting for me to pass the next test so I can wear it.

I raised my foot using my shin as a guard against what would have been a roundhouse. We never wear shinguards. I think that's the only time I've gotten seriously hurt in a sparring round. And I think he got hurt more.
