I used to have the same problem where I forgot my password to my email for my Xbl Account and I tryed to reset and it said a password reset was sent to the email I forgot the password to.. -__-

It says.. that i cant change it.

... wtf.. Wait, Does it say that you like have tried to reset it to many times and that you cant anymore?
