There's no infraction listed, so looks like he was banned by a global mod or admin. Only has 3 posts, posting username/password combinations, and apparently none of them worked. So banned for spam I guess.
Wasn't me.
I'd assume he was banned for the email password dump.
It was against the rules last time I checked.
