I was bored one day and i found this little trick to check if an email is associated with facebook and if it is it displys the accounts first and last name school and sometimes a little more information with a thumbnail picture.


How to

• Go to http://www.facebook.com
• Type in the email and leave the password blank then click login
• A secondary login will appear with your email still typed in, click login
• The same page will load again, click login one last time
• It will display the following message "You attempted to login as the following user with an incorrect password." provided with the first and last name and possibly a little more information.

• If no email is associated with the account it will display "email@domain.com" is not associated with any Facebook account."

You can also just search for an email instead of a name if you're logged in, and it will display their profile if their email is found. If you'd like, you can also add that to your post

I never knew that worked but this still helps without you having to register or login.
