Rammus in crystal scar, Blitzcrank in summoner's rift and twisted treeline.
I haven't played this game for long, but so far it's ash and Ms.Fortune.
Interesting set of favourites.
Mine are AD based Corki, AP based Gragas, Hybrid Evelynn, and Brand.
However, my recent games with them are getting sour, although the lack of runes may explain why.

I mostly feed from the start and then push turrets like crazy. Backdoor'd the Nexus a couple of times xD

Current favorite: Zed (love walking away after ulting and hearing that *pop* as the enemy champ dies)
Old Favorite: Rammus (First champ I ever bought and flash->tower-taunt, powerball slow-stun makes it fun even if we're losing)
Darius/Ezreal are close runner-ups though
