Yeah, this sounds like Gold4RS and USFine. Customer support is terrible, they don't know proper english it sucks.
Best way to do it in my personal opinion :
Purchase all gold/items at PlayerAuctions.
All payments are secure, if they player doesn't deliver PA gives you your money back no penalty (After the delivery time set by the seller is reached).
They act as the middleman. You both have to confirm that gold was given/received.
I used it and made over $1,000 with my RSGP, and then bought myself a nice iPod Touch 32GB 4G, and some other misc. Items :)
For seller's they take out a % of the cash value, for buyers, I don't think there is anything taken off. So yeah, check it out.
Still, they had me waiting for over 24 hours. Then told me to wait 6 more hours, unacceptable. Then they told me they weren't going to give me the money or the gold.
Again, unacceptable.
Some sites like this will say that its not working if you don't have a verified paypal cause they don't know were the money came from.
