He said the temp. ban lifted today. So I'm not sure why they would reban you. Ask them to activate your account. If they wanted you permanently banned, they would have done so. You were temp. banned. The temp. ban expired.
They likely cannot connect your account to your other accounts. If they can, they would have permabanned it. If they know your e-mail, use a different e-mail. etc., etc. Don't let them know you're a scammer.
P.S. nobody on this entire website is a well-known hacker, or even a 'known hacker.'
If it still says you're banned when you try to login it's because the ban just hasn't expired yet, I think I've heard people say if they ban you at a certain time it rolls over to the next day? Never been temp. banned myself though.
Ask in the q&a forum if you don't want to ask a mod? They usually know how this stuff.
Wait so can you even get into the account because if you can change the email, then they should send a reactivation email.
