Coding gaia profiles

Ok so I have this graphic that I've made that I would like to be my profile for gaia. I've read the guides and tutorials on how to make a profile, but it doesn't make sense to me for some reason. Can someone possibly code this for LG or GG or at least help me code it, because I'd really love to learn, but so far I don't really get it.

Its css, (Its not really that complicated)...

The only complicated thing I could think of coding would be those little bars over the sections of the profile... Which probably wouldn't be all that complicated...
