Captcha Every..

Ok i was gathering correct information for my account database and i found some wrong ones and just found out that every 2 times i get 2 accounts wrong i get a damn Captcha any explanations dont post if you dont know otherwise your spamming & can cause to a report.

This has been posted how many times?...

And it's for every 3 failed, it needs one correct. :| I go 2 fails 1 correct though just to be safe. :|
