Probably not, pretty sure it was patched was purely accidental. It's actually in some source code I released around here even though it's an unintentional result.

Very possible to do so, if you have their phone number, do your research on their ip and hosting and you will have their tech departments personal line, 100 calls later, account unbanned....also works to steal accounts, if the person is completely inactive ;)
i know one time i got banned i wrote this sad sad story and how the account got hacked and i gotten it back within a few days ... but i got banned again lol

If you really want to discover it for yourself, take a look at the gender changer I posted awhile back if it still exists. That's where the exploit lies even if it's not in that exact program.
