Unfortunately, there isn't. You could always try scamming people out of gold or setting up an FLP or something like that, and then using that gold to buy the item for you.
No there isn't even if there was you only have 1 post and are asking for things.
You'd probably be banned as well if their was such thing as a market hack for less gold for items.
There used to be a trade hack back in the day but you are a few years late for that, but there are market bots out there if you look hard enough. As far as a getting items cheaper than what they sale for you're pretty out of luck though.
