2. Must be in the price range of 4.5 million (complicated but cheap avatars have a better chance of wining)
3. Item Regulations
-No Lusty Scoundral
-Any bottles
-No satin vests
-Try not to use event items (if you have to go ahead)
4.Anyone found breaking these regulations (excluding the price rule, as long as it's not by too much) will be blacklisted!

What's the point of a contest if you can only say good things? Constructive critiscism is needed to improve, and this contest officially sucks. I was gonna enter it too till I saw what an immature child this thread was made by. You don't own the interwebs just cuz you made rules and a contest. >
