help with flp, fmp

im sure there is a thread some where but ive searched flp, fmp, how to use fmp and its telling me there are to many results. but anyway i was a member in the underground like two years ago until i had some computer problems and i used fake login pages before but its been so long i dont remember how to set them up. so if anyone can point me to the thread or just tell me how to do it id really appreciate it. thanks. (i miss the firefox 3 defect where you could steal every stored user and pass on someones computer. just found my vid to do it with on youtube.)

edit- and if theres one for a flw. ive never used one of them.
