Do believe it's the 15th everytime... could be wrong... maybe 14th... I don't know lol. That's what I always thought it was. Anyways, don't sell day before, keep till they inflate...Quote:

Its always been the 15th. They only release it early on special events which is like once every blue moon
I think for awhile they tried a week earlier, didnt they? But the responses were pretty negative.
Every 15th the letters are open, after that, the sealed ones will be on the Cash Shop until the 1st of the next month, and so on.
I think he has solved his problem
